Biography

After starting her career at Danone and within associations (Réseau Caritas, Stella Maris, Mozaik RH), Flore de Rufz joined the Entourage association in May 2019, convinced by the need to transmit a new vision of inclusion, innovative and modern, to raise awareness and to give everyone the means to act. Flore then launched the first experimentation of the LinkedOut network and has been piloting its development for the past 3 years as the program's deputy director. Her favorite themes are: project management, social innovation and business transformation.
